Pink's Hot Dogs
While Pink's has been in its current location for over 65 years, it was first started by Paul Pink as a small stand in 1939! In 1946 it was expanded to the small building that is still standing and active today.
Known for their chili dogs with all beef hot dogs and just about any toppings you can hope for, the menu is actually quite extensive for a hot dog stand. From a simple chili dog to the guacamole dog to bacon chili cheeseburgers to the Martha Stewart Dog, just about any delicious, artery-clogging topings you can imagine are available, along with a selection of drinks and sides. The prices are fair and the service is fast... once you get to the front of the line! The important thing to realize before making a trip to Pink's hot dogs is that there is almost always a very long line! It doesn't matter what time or what day of the week, mid-weekday or 1:00 am, there always seems to be a line around the building and well into the parking lot behind. But is it worth it? We think it is! If a delicious, filling weiner is what you are craving, its hard to beat Pink's! We love Pink's, but realistically we only make the trip rarely when we don't mind standing in line for a long time. So go, get in line, and make sure you order enough the first time, because you won't want to brave that line twice in a row!
